This mentorship is for women beginning their path into sacred work. It’s designed as a steppingstone to The Metaphysical Collective Level 1 Practitioner Apprenticeship by creating daily practices, self-trust, and readiness for deeper training.

Mission & Focus of Foundations

To provide a safe, sacred, and supportive space for beginners stepping onto the path of healing and intuitive development.
To establish foundations of daily practice, ritual, and self-trust before entering practitioner-level training.
To cultivate confidence, regulation, and embodied awareness as the groundwork for deeper medicine work.
To support women in experiencing mentorship in a trauma-informed, sacred way, building trust in themselves and in the container.
To prepare participants for a seamless and empowered transition into the Metaphysical Collective Level 1 Practitioner Apprenticeship.

Grounding: Creating safety in the body through simple rituals, nervous system basics, and daily practices.
Self-Connection: Developing tools for journaling, intuitive listening, and inner reflection.
Boundaries & Energy Hygiene: Learning the essentials of protection, clearing, and self-trust.
Integration: Building consistency and stability in personal practice.
Visioning: Gaining clarity on the next steps of the medicine woman path and preparing to step into apprenticeship.
